Legal
Refund Policy
In short: where a refund is legally due, you'll get it. This summarises the refund position, the full detail sits within our Terms of Service.
Legally due refunds
Where the law entitles you to a refund, we process it without undue delay, normally to your original payment method, subject to applicable law and to the platform or payment provider's process. If you bought through a third-party platform such as Udemy, request the refund through that platform unless we tell you otherwise.
Digital content and courses
For direct consumer purchases of digital content supplied during the 14-day cancellation period, you can cancel, but if you asked us to start immediately and acknowledged that you'd lose the cancellation right once supply begins, that right ends when supply begins, where the law allows. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose and as described; if it isn't, statutory remedies include repair, replacement and, where the conditions are met, a price reduction or refund.
Discretionary guarantees
We may offer a specific guarantee (for example a money-back period) on a particular product. Any such guarantee and its conditions are shown before you buy, and it is in addition to, not instead of, your statutory rights.
This page reproduces the substance of our published policy. If anything here conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
